Organic horticulture workshop
Enjoy an immersive experience in our organic vegetable garden, managed by the Barikamà cooperative, where you will have the opportunity to learn natural cultivation techniques firsthand. Discover how we sow, tend, and harvest vegetables following the principles oforganic farming principles,without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In fact, during the activity, you will learn the importance of biodiversity,soil health, and sustainable practices, taking home new tools and knowledge for a conscious approach to gardening.
Bread workshop
Discover the art of bread-making, from flour to dough, to understand every stage of producing this fundamental staple of our diet.
Cheese-making workshop
