At the center of the dining room, a large fireplace is dedicated to the grill section, a central feature of our menu In winter, the heated veranda with lake views provides an intimate atmosphere, fully immersed in nature.With the arrival of warmer seasons, the veranda transforms into an open space, allowing guests to enjoy typical farmhouse dishes while being caressed by the fresh lake breeze.
The menu celebrates local tradition with a touch of creativity. Most ingredients come directly from the farm, ensuring freshness and seasonality: handmade pasta, preserves, sheep’s milk cheeses, and organic vegetables. Among the most popular specialties are the Casale di Martignano Antipastowith local cheeses and cured meats, wild boar fettuccine, the pork shank slow-cooked pork shank, and a wide selection of homemade desserts.
